Well few posts ago i I have told already about rules of business place in ukraine. Well it truth. Now i'd like to tell u about more interesting thing, about ukranian people.

Well truth ukranian people who lives in western part of ukraine real patriots, real patriots of the ancient ukraine. All of them remember and esteem all events from a tragical and tiresome history of Ukraine, esteem as though it was yesterday. The others people of Ukraine are soviet people, and they hates all ukranian.

Now we ve got two different countries.

Here in Ukraine I noticed recently that in order to be succesful you need to be extremely tough guy. You need to require a lot from your employees. If in western countries you are sometimes kind, here in Ukraine it will not work. I have a start-up. It's been a month since we started to create a website. Hopefully we 99% finished. Deadline was two weeks ago.
